I’m using this week’s trading trail update to mark the point at which my model position trading account got back to break-even; which was at 10:15am this morning (3 February 2012).

I committed to updating on the performance of the “trading trail” longer-term spread bet portfolio once per week, and it’s now been just over a week. I’m pleased to report that the account valuation is now just over £900 (and it was higher mid-week).

The value of the Trading Trail position trading portfolio is now down to little more than £600 (from an initial cash balance of £1000) and so you might wonder: am I worried?
