Bad Points

  1. Futures bets are only available on indices (not stocks).
  2. GFTuk uses a dealing desk (dealer can re-quote you) meaning that stops may be handled manually to their benefit via the dealers.
  3. This company makes it clear that you cannot trade the news with them. That's fine since I don't trade fundamental announcements but scalpers may have problems here.
  4. It takes quite a while for the platform to load up (including their web based platform). This can be catastrophic during emergencies for example when you or they have had a crash or want to reboot. And you cannot trade until all of the charts have loaded up. They say this is due to the size and advancement of the platform which has to receive and send lots of data which allows it to be such a versatile and encompassing platform... but well umm ;)
